We are a specialist marketing and brand consulting service, based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. In fact, we are the countries ONLY local firm which exclusively provides a range of marketing consulting services.

Established in 2002, we have worked on more than 75 assignments, providing significant value to our clients, some of which are described here in detail. See case studies.

We have a simple and focused objective. And that is to enhance the Marketing and Branding capabilities of Sri Lankan businesses so that as a country we can compete internationally.

In order to achieve this, we provide an array of services through STING Consultants and its subsidiary companies. These include the core strategic marketing consulting services, brand valuation services (through Brand Finance), brand development or creation (through &Brand), brand recognition (through Superbrands) and certification ( through Green Globe). Whilst each of these companies are run independently they provide a holistic strategic marketing and branding support to Sri Lanka’s businesses. It is this delivery system which provides us with our cutting edge global knowledge, coupled with our local experience, providing significant value to the clients we have worked with. Our assignments are not confined to only individual businesses. We have several industry and country level initiatives, which are described on this website. At an industry level we have pioneered the apparel industry’s brand strategy based on an ethical platform and at a country level we are creating awareness on Corporate Accountability to local business through an innovative participatory process.
